dc.description.abstract	Although antiretroviral therapy (ART) has changed the natural history of HIV infection, the presences of adverse events have limited its efficacy. Almost all ARV drugs have some adverse effects which can be specific to a single drug or shared by class of drug or could be shared by all ARV drugs. Drug toxicity is the main reason for treatment change and also reported as one of the main difficulties for patients using ART	en_US
