dc.description.abstract The Government of Ethiopia developed strategic response plan for effective and efficient utilization of available resources and to seamlessly integrate different partner’s roles in the health system in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The MOH has been working with partners and different stakeholders in the control and prevention of the pandemic since the first case of COVID-19 was reported in Ethiopia. The MOH, Ethiopia Pharmaceutical Supply Agency (EPSA), Ethiopia Public Health Institute (EPHI), and Ethiopia Food and Ethiopia Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) have been working to ensure availability and quality of COVID- 19 vaccine. Accordingly, Ethiopia has, so far, vaccinated more than 54 million people (1st dose= >44, million, 2nd dose > 37 million) en_US
