Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Supply Agency (EPSA) in collaboration with JSI/ADISFree and GHSC-
PSM projects has piloted the implementation of center of excellence at Adama EPSA branch. The
center of excellence initiative is ultimately designed to accelerate the change management process
of the agency through continuous improvement of the operation.
