Abstract:
Blood transfusion service is a vital part of the health care service. Increasing advancement
in the field of transfusion medicine and technology has essential measure to ensure quality
of blood and its product. In order to improve the standard of blood bank and transfusion
service in our country standard comprehensive participant manual have been developed to
ensure quality system on collection, storage, testing and distribution of blood and its
component.
