Abstract:
In the health sector, the National Core Plan serves as an annual framework aimed at
fulfilling the objectives specified in the strategic plan, which focuses on both long-term
and medium-term goals. To effectively achieve these objectives, the annual plan is
formulated through a comprehensive assessment of performance across all levels
of the health sector. This process involves identifying challenges faced, conducting a
situational analysis, and integrating solutions to address the identified issues.
