dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the level of employee job satisfaction at Addis Ababa public health facilities and find out possible aspect of improvements. Data for this study were collected from biomedical engineers at Addis Ababa public health facilities. Data collection method was made through questionnaires for staffs and interviewees for directorates and case team leaders. The sample consists of 133 biomedical engineers at Addis Ababa public health facilities. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed in statistical tools such as frequency and percentage. The study is more of a qualitative research and descriptive analysis has been performed to determine employee job satisfaction. The findings of the study showed that most of employees were dissatisfied with wages paid for the work they do and having incentive wage schemes for their best performances. en_US
