dc.description.abstract This study aimed to develop strategies to improve contraceptive use among women and young girls attending postnatal care at selected hospitals and clinics in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. An explanatory sequential mixed research design was employed, and data were collected using a pre-tested questionnaire for women and young girls attending postnatal care during the study period. In addition, interviews were conducted with women, young girls, and health professionals. en_US
