These may affect quality maternal health services, to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality. Institutional delivery services (IDS) utilization coverage is increasing globally including Africa, but the progress is very slow. In SNNPR IDS utilization is about 10%, which is lower than the national levels (16%).Nevertheless, there is paucity of information on level of commitment among health professionals attending delivery service in public health facilities of low income countries like Ethiopia. en_US
