Professional commitment and associated factor among health professionals in public health facility of Dire Dawa city administration, Eastern Ethiopia: A facility based cross sectional study

Abstract

Professional commitment is vital to improve performance of health workers and accessibility to competent health professionals, it enhances greater employee job satisfaction, acceptance of organization’s demands, and the meeting of organization’s goals such as high-quality care. Currently there is shortage of studies examining professional commitment and associated factors of health workers in dire dawa city administration.
