dc.description.abstract The emergency ward is a potentially challenging environment with a high risk of medication errors. Worldwide, the annual estimated cost associated with medication errors is around 42 billion USD. Objective: This study was aimed at assessing medication errors and associated factors in adult patients admitted to the emergency ward at the University of Gondar Compressive Specialized Hospital (UoGCSH), North West Ethiopia.
