Providing a compassionate and respectful maternity care during labour and delivery is one of the enhancing factors to promote facility child delivery. Since Ethiopian health sector transformation plan has included CRC as one of the transformation agendas and additional lack of researches conducted on compassionate care, this paper was aimed to assess the status of respectful, compassionate care and their associated factors in North-West Amhara Referral Hospitals.
