dc.description.abstract Low performances of health facilities are mostly associated with poor healthcare worker motivation in the workplace and the burden is dominant in developing countries like Ethiopia. In addition, Poor workplace motivation leads to increased staff turnover, reduced levels of engagement, poor communication, and lower productivity.
