dc.description.abstract The Community-Based Newborn Care program is is a newborn care package along the maternal and newborn health continuum of care that has been implemented at the community level in Ethiopia. This evaluational study helps as an input by identifying the possible barriers and gaps of program implementation and provide systematic information to stakeholders on the bases of evaluation dimensions to improve and filling/bridging gaps of the program in the future.
