| dc.description.abstract |
Nursing care services are an important aspect of health system for enhancing patient health outcome and quality of health care. Poor-quality of care accounting for up to 15% of all deaths in low & middle-income countries. The previously studied researches have conducted in fragmented way such as focusing on structure or outcome part only. As a result, there is a need to conduct process of evaluation in nursing care service with structure, process and outcome. |
