Assessment of outpatient clients' satisfaction and associated factors in Agew gimjabet primary hospital, North-west Ethiopia, 2018

Abstract

Client satisfaction has become well established as an important consideration in health care provision and an integral component of measuring quality of health services. Moreover, client satisfaction is one of the areas identified to monitor Key Performance Indicators in hospitals of Ethiopia. It is often felt that developing countries need to improve their quality of health care provision. This study hopes to generate information that can help managers and clinicians to improve the standard of care they provide in line with the wishes of the patients.
