Abstract:
HIV/AIDS, one of the major public health problem globally as well as in Ethiopia. Quality of antiretroviral therapy services provided for persons with HIV/AIDS reduce HIV related morbidity and mortality. Out of all 37.9 million HIV cases in 2018, 770 000 people died due to gaps in quality of HIV care services. In low- and middle-income countries, quality of HIV care is sub-optimal and poorquality attributed 15% of overall deaths each year. Objective- to assess quality of antiretroviral therapy service and factors associated with client satisfaction among adult HIV/AIDS positive individuals at public health facilities in Injibara town, Awi Zone, northwest Ethiopia, 2020
