Abstract:
Patient safety culture is the extent to which an organization's culture supports and promotes patient safety. Patient safety in a health care setting is now a major global concern. Millions of people suffer disabling injuries or death directly related to medical care. Particularly in developing countries, patient harm is a global public health problem. To the best of our knowledge evidence are limited regarding patient safety culture in Ethiopia, especially in the study settings. Therefore, this study is designed to assess Patient safety culture and associated factors among healthcare providers in government and private healthcare providers.
