dc.description.abstract Musculoskeletal disorder is the most common reason for consulting a physicians and constitute, in most countries, up to 10–20% of primary care consultations and cause of absenteeism from work due to MSD. Even though the level of health care utilization ranges from 23 to 73 % in developing countries still it is critical in developing countries for MSD and plenty of study on prevalence of MSD but limited information on level of health care utilization and factors affect it in Ethiopia.
