dc.description.abstract We have assembled and geo-coded national data on malaria parasite prevalence, parasite species, dominant vector species, altitude, aridity and the location of areas of special ecological risk. These data have been spatially and temporally modeled to provide a plausible, evidence-based stratification of malaria risk at 1x1 km resolution across Ethiopia. This information has been reconfigured with population density to provide risk metrics for most of the 731 woreda used to plan malaria control and elimination. en_US
