The country’s 2022–2031 health care financing strategy aims to accelerate progress toward UHC by increasing access to primary health care (PHC), building on successful efforts such as subsidizing community- based health insurance (CBHI) schemes, subsidizing user fees through government budget allocations, and providing exemptions for priority interventions.	en_US
