Abstract:
This consultancy was part of the USAID/REDSO collaborative effort designed to share health care
financing-related experiences between countries in the Eastern and Southern Africa region. This
effort is funded by tie USAID regional office (REDSO) through a buy-in to BASICS in
Washington and supported by the USAID Population and Health Office, USAID/Kenya.
