Abstract:
The Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals Supply Agency (EPSA) is one of the key institutions in the
country‘s healthcare system. Since its establishment, the Agency has played an indispensable
role in the achievements of the health sector in terms of reducing morbidity and mortality that
result from communicable and non-communicable diseases. Over the years, the range and
quantity of pharmaceuticals the Agency has procured and distributed has significantly
increased. The Agency also stores and distributes products procured through donor/partner
support or obtained through direct donation.
