dc.description.abstract The ability to form and sustain mutually beneficial connections as well as psychological functioning are all factors in one's mental wellbeing. Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) and the Patient Health Quationer-9 (PHQ-9) were used as proxies to evaluate the mental wellbeing of the resident physicians. Respondents with PHQ and GAD scores more than four were considered to have depression and anxiety, respectively. en_US
