Abstract:
Background: In Ethiopia the share of long acting-family planning method users has increased in the past six years, from 17.9% in 2014 to 35.5% in 2019, but it was less than the global share of long-acting contraceptives which is more than 45% in the same year. There are causes for less utilization of Long-acting family planning in Ethiopia and this study assessed the knowledge, attitude & practice, and associated factors to help to understand the reasons for further intervention based on objective findings.
