dc.description.abstract Problem Statement: Addis Ababa is getting polluted due to an increase of wastes management practice problem; dwellers of Addis Ababa continue to dispose wastes along the roads, in ditches, rivers, open spaces, avenues, etc. of the city. This situation is exacerbated in slums like Arada sub-city where households and institution cannot make use of garbage collection facilities. This study indicates what the communities waste disposal system will look like especially in the institutions and also what are the things that need to be improved with the removal system they are currently using in terms of suggesting how good it should be en_US
