dc.description.abstract Back ground: Hypertension is among primary causes of both the global disease load and world-wide mortality rate. It is the most common comorbidity of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM), which is likely to exacerbate the development of more severe micro vascular complications. Despite the burden of these non-communicable diseases there is paucity of data on this comorbidities, so this study aims to fill this gap. en_US
