dc.description.abstract Background: Well-functioning health systems need to utilize data at all levels. The Health Information System (HIS) is the basis of the health system and a key to making evidence-based health policy decisions. Thus, decision-makers need to synthesize data from different sources. Reports show that health information utilization in Ethiopia is still low. Therefore, this study aimed at assessing the challenges of using routine and non-routine data for decision-making among the management bodies of the MoH. en_US
