Abstract:
The Ethiopian health service is restructured into three tier system.
These are the PHCU (primary level healthcare), secondary and
tertiary level healthcare. PHCU is composed of a health center and
five satellite health posts, primary hospital, primary and medium
clinics. Secondary level health care is composed of general hospital,
specialty center and specialty clinics .This level is expected to
give services for 1 million people
