Youth unemployment and under-employment have become a growing concern worldwide.&#13;
According to the International Labour Organization (ILO), the challenge of youth&#13;
unemployment is especially immense in countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, where young people&#13;
aged 15 to 24 accounts for 36% of the working-age population. In Ethiopia, the young&#13;
population between ages 10 to 29 accounts for 42% of the total citizenry
